Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal data protection code for those subjects who interact with the web services of Maikii S.r.l. accessible via the Internet at: https://www.tribe-tech.com/

The notice is submitted solely for the Maikii S.r.l. website and not also for other websites which the user may consult via links. The disclosure also aspires to Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, who were brought together in the Group established by Art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17th May 2001 in order to identify some minimum requisites for gathering personal data on-line, and in particular, the methods, times and the nature of the information that the data controllers must provide to the users when they connect to the web pages, irrespective of the purposes of the connection. Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the aforesaid article one has the right to ask for the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the processed data that violates the law, as well as to oppose its processing, for legitimate reasons.
